1. Process of your order
pls note that the package is only be shipped when payment arrived and found cleared.
a.After receiving payment,there is one day of process.(we need to double check the goods one by one avoid to make mistakes).But sometimes too many orders need to be delivered,then it needs two days for processing.
b.Express companies/Logistic companies also will take two days to check and inspect the goods after picking up from us, because of our CHINA CUSTOM need.Hope you can understand.
After inspection,Express companies/Logistic companies will offer the "inspection details" to us.Please check the sample "shipping details" here.
2. How can I check the status of my order?
The "inspection details" and Tracking No.will be sent to you by email,after we get from Express companies/Logistic companies.

If you don't agree to ship by "DragonSea", then please use your own freight shipper to pick up the goods in our company, arranging freight collect.
4. What to do if out of stock
Since the large quantity of goods are shipped from our warehouse, sometimes temporary out of stock may happen, if you need the delivery exactly the same as your order,then please kindly place pre-order,or check with us about the stock for your order first.
Or else,about the less delivery caused by out of stock,we will keep your balance as your payment for your next order,or return to you.Thank you for your kind understanding.
