Cancel Policy
If the order status is "Unpaid", you can delete it directly. If the order status is "Paid", you cannot cancel your order. Please be sure of the style, size, color, and any other specifications.
Exchange and Compensation
Any problem,please contact us within 3 days, and if you don't feedback any problems about the quality of the goods within 3 days after you received the goods (from the date products were received) , we won't be responsible for them any more.
Compensation:
if found defective products,please inform us or send us pictures, we will compensate you at your next order.
Exchange:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the items. The buyer is responsible for all further shipping fees.
Remark:
Color aberration always exists due to the color effect by pc monitor and weather condition, so it can't be regarded as a quality problem.
